Marmot creates and manages Real Estate Investment Funds to acquire blocks of income producing, cash flow-positive residential and mixed-use properties with value-add and redevelopment upside potential.  Marmot focuses its efforts in under-valued markets with strong geographic, economic, and demographic fundamentals, and with healthy “permanent economies” – government, college/university, health care and energy.  The primary goal of the Funds is to achieve robust Internal Rate of Return and Return On Investment via rental income, active hands-on management, smart leverage, and redevelopment. The Funds are designed to allow the Investor, who sees the historic opportunities presented by the real estate collapse but lacks the expertise and/or the time to act, to invest in real, undervalued, income producing assets in a fast, efficient, and professional manner.
